South Shore Turtle Adventure

We consider this our best all around tour for exciting wildlife viewing, beautiful scenery and an excellent trip for all ages and abilities. Your tour departs from Makena Landing Daily. You and your guide will leisurely paddle on the southern shore of the island in Makena Bay, past Little Beach and Big Beach out towards Ahihi Bay. You have will ample opportunities for snorkeling over colorful reefs with green sea turtles and a variety of colorful marine life. Don`t be surprsed if you spot dolphns or during the season, possibly encounter humpback whales. 2.5 hour tour paddling distance is about 2 miles and includes snack and beverages. 4.5 hour tour paddling distance is about 3.5 miles and includes lunch and refreshments. Everyone in the family can enjoy this ocean adventure without previous kayaking experience. With brief kayaking and snorkeling instructions given on the beach you`ll find yourself ready to explore.
